Heather is the NDP Critic for Foreign Affairs and for International Development. She is Deputy Critic for Canadian Heritage and Deputy Whip for the NDP Caucus. She also serves as Vice-Chair of the Canada-Ukraine Friendship Association and the Canada-Africa Parliamentary Association.
