Peter Charles Tabuns MPP (born October 3, 1951) is a Canadian politician who served as the interim leader of the Ontario New Democratic Party and the leader of the Opposition from 2022 to 2023. He is a member of the Legislative Assembly of Ontario, first elected in a 2006 by-election to represent the riding of Toronto—Danforth.

Peter is leading the change to a new energy economy, in part thanks to his experience as Executive Director of Greenpeace Canada. He also pioneered energy efficiency in Toronto in the 1990s, as a City Councillor, often working closely with the Carpenters’ Union.
