Abdul Rahman Antulay (9 February 1929 – 2 December 2014) was an Indian politician. Antulay was a union minister for Minority Affairs and a Member of Parliament in the 14th Lok Sabha of India.
13 avr. 2024 · The case of A.R. Antulay v. R.S. Nayak & Anr. (1988) is one of the significant judgments in Indian legal history because it established that corruption cases that are tried by a Special Court cannot be referred to a High Court judge for a hearing.
In spite of this while giving directions in the other matter, that is, R.S. Nayak v. A.R. Antulay, [1984] 2 S.C.R. 495 at page 557, this Court directed transfer to the High Court of Bombay the cases pending before the Special Judge.
