An attempted robbery turns to be an unexpected recruitment when two unemployed men mistakenly break into a police office instead of a store. Through an improbable series of events and an impossibly bungled supermarket hold-up, down on their luck con men Matt and Wilbur find themselves working with the Miami police force.
Crime Busters has the guys sign up to become police officers when they actually wanted to rob a store. As usual, they get into plenty of cartoon-like hijinks and slapstick fights. It's pretty fun if you like that sort of thing.
