Aston Manor Academy (formerly Aston Manor School) is a coeducational secondary school and sixth form with academy status, located in the Aston area of Birmingham, England. Due in part to the fact that it is situated in Aston, it has children from a wide variety of ethnic groups.
A successful 11-18 mixed Academy in Birmingham, serving the inner-city communities of Aston, Handsworth and Nechells. Offering a well-rounded education, outstanding academic and co-curricular achievements, and a range of vocational and academic courses in the Sixth Form.
Aston Manor sixth form and sports academy. Offering all major A-level and BTEC courses, as well as full-time courses in football and basketball.
Our curriculum provides students with a broad and balanced education, one which equips them with the attitude to become successful citizens within modern British society, along with the knowledge and skills necessary for their progression through education.
Aston Manor’s basketball academy is built on 40 years of tradition and success. The academy has consistently produced city, county and national basketball champions, as well as regularly having players that have represented England and Great Britain basketball at both youth and full international level.
