Acock, whose six-decade career in architecture changed the face of Columbus and influenced planning decisions throughout the region, died at home on March 13, surrounded by family. He was 85. George was born August 2, 1938, in Trenton, NJ, to the late George and Elizabeth Acock.

We welcome students to St. Timothy School from outside our parish and those from families who are not considered active parish families*, but only those who are active parishioners are eligible for the tuition subsidy. Other families are billed for the full cost per student.
The name, King George School, was given to our school in honor of King George V, who became King of Great Britain in 1910. He and his queen, Victoria Mary of Teck, secured lasting popularity by their courage and devotion to the people of Great Britain during World War I.
