Admiral Farragut Academy invites students to submit their applications at any time throughout the year. Students can enroll immediately upon receiving a letter of acceptance. Enrollment includes signing a contract and paying a deposit. The priority deadline for enrollment is June 1st.
Diplômé de l'Académie navale d'Annapolis, Shepard s'engage dans l'United States Navy pendant la Seconde Guerre mondiale. Il devient aviateur naval en 1946 et pilote d'essai en 1950.
