Richard "Sully" Sullivan, an investigator for the Treasury Department, suspects that the Luggage Goods Company is a front for a gang that is smuggling jewels from Europe. To prove his suspicions, Sullivan's assistant and sweetheart, Joan Martin, infiltrates the firm as secretary to company president Mr. Harrison.
