Strathcona High School, colloquially referred to as Scona and SCHS, is a public high school located in Edmonton, Alberta. The school was referred to as Strathcona Composite High School until 2014. A $6.1 million modernization project was completed in 2015 and the school now enrolls approximately 1700 students.
Strathcona is a high school in Edmonton that offers a variety of academic programs, clubs, teams and activities. It has a strong tradition of excellence in education, athletics and fine arts, and prepares students for post-secondary studies.
Current & Prospective Students. You’re either one or the other – you either currently attend Strathcona High School (and we already know who you are) or you’re thinking about graduating from grade nine, in which case we think of you optimistically as a prospective Strathcona High School student.
Strathcona School is a high school in Edmonton, Alberta, that offers various programs, including Advanced Placement, German and Spanish Bilingual, and Career and Technology Studies. It also has a fitness centre, athletic opportunities, and a partnership with the University Hospital.
