Il y a 2 jours · Twin Peaks is an American mystery serial drama television series created by Mark Frost and David Lynch. It premiered on ABC on April 8, 1990, and ran for two seasons until its cancellation in 1991. The show returned in 2017 for a third season on Showtime.
So I recently rewatched The Return for the first time since it first aired, I’d been holding off for a while but was finally ready to dive back in and see how I felt about it 7 years on. Below are some random thoughts in no order, keen to hear people’s opinions!

The first time Carl appears before us, he is being driven into TP before the plot gets driven further. It is obvious he is well connected and set in his ways. This is one of the most fascinating mirror images of The Return and is PURE Lynch-style duality.
I fully believe The Return is designed to affect each viewer in an individual way. But I don't think there's anything wrong with applying rationality to the abstract for the sake of entertainment, enjoyment and conversation.
