Say you've already hit the cap value of 7 for the day, and you give her first gift of the day or a new compliment, then you'll gain affection for it even though you've hit the cap. Affection and gifts give probably 1.5-3. not sure. Also, when the player first opens the game, they can have 0-30 affection. Maybe you started with 25 or 30.
as someone else already said, you can go to the files to check her affection. but i prefer downloading the extra plus submod since it is one of the most handy must-have submods out there and it also allows you to check your affection with a few simple clicks

9 juin 2024 · They will passively gain affection if they're following you. You can also use emotes and dance to raise their affection slowly; some prefer normal dance, other the lewd one. You can increase the rates by spending skill points on the relevant skill as well.
