Karl Emil Julius Ulrich Salchow est un patineur artistique suédois (né le 7 août 1877 à Copenhague et mort le 19 avril 1949 à Stockholm). Il a dominé ce sport durant la première décennie du XX e siècle.
Karl Emil Julius Ulrich Salchow (7 August 1877 – 19 April 1949) was a Danish-born Swedish figure skater, who dominated the sport in the first decade of the 20th century. Salchow won the World Figure Skating Championships ten times, from 1901 to 1905, and from 1907 to 1911.
Ulrich Salchow was a Swedish figure skater who established a record by winning 10 world championships for men (1901–05, 1907–11—he did not compete in 1906). At the 1908 Games in London, he won the first Olympic gold medal awarded for men’s figure skating.
