San Antonio, TX ca. 1935. 1930s. Family worked the traveling circus circuit until the Depression hit and then they worked a stationary midway in San Antonio, TX. This guy, Maus Kutus, "The Wild Man of Borneo", was one of their attractions. I feel bad for this poor fellow.
