St Edmund Hall, known affectionately as Teddy Hall, is a college of the University of Oxford, accepting undergraduate, postgraduate and visiting students.
St Edmund Hall (sometimes known as The Hall or informally as Teddy Hall) is a constituent college of the University of Oxford. The college claims to be "the oldest surviving academic society to house and educate undergraduates in any university" and was the last surviving medieval academic hall at the university.

St Edmund Hall has buildings dating from every century since the 16th. This includes the atmospheric college library set in the reconfigured Norman church of St Peter-in-the-East. We have thriving sports teams, as well as a long tradition in music, creative writing and journalism.
St Edmunds Hall is easy to miss, just off the High Street on Queens Lane. It is steeped in history, some of which is visible. This includes the ancient church of St Peter in the East, now the college library, and not open to visitors.
