Il y a 3 jours · In Part 2 of the series, we looked at Chris Argyris’ concept of “single-loop learning,” where individuals and organizations seek to optimize well-established, repetitive, formulaic processes. We also introduced his concept of “theories in use” — the assumptions that individuals and organizations operate under.
16 juil. 2024 · Argyris and Schön described single-loop learning as similar to van Manen’s technical reflection. It involves thinking of different ways (means) of achieving a particular outcome (end) by examining causal assumptions and trying to rectify a problem by trying another strategy, another “if … then” proposal for action.
