12 juin 2024 · In this study, we report a surface passivation method that involves subjecting the Si (100) surface to air plasma exposure, resulting in the alteration of the crystal orientation of the deposited Ag film and a reduction in the Schottky barrier height at the metal–semiconductor interface.
