Apparently, there was a real incident which inspired George Romero's Night of the Living Dead, something about a chemical substance, Trioxin 4-5, which returned dead bodies to life in the morgue. When the army solved the problem, they didn't know what to do with the remaining corpses and sent them to Uneeda by mistake.
