Préférence level members earn 1 point per dollar spent on eligible products, before taxes. The higher your tier, the faster you accumulate points: Privilège members earn 2 points per dollar spent and Premier members, 3 points. And remember—points are earned by the member who travels, no matter who paid for the trip.
Qualification and benefit period. All members begin at the Préférence level and can qualify for a higher tier depending on their qualifying spend with VIA Rail during the qualification period.
