Yup, as long you do the locks quickly, then shoot Ourumov, immediately exit but don't run just yet. There are 3 guards you can easily kill right from the point you exit the train. Then run to the end of the train and wait for the last objective to complete, and you should beat it in time.

This tank is your best friend for the rest of the level. Contact Valentin (if necessary), then proceed through the level. Every time you get to an intersection, turn right.

It's a really tough game to beat on 00 Agent. Train, Aztec, Caverns, Silo are pretty gnarly. Never beat it as a kid, and just recently completed it last year. It is a shame that licensing held up the remake. So many great ideas, like the online splitscreen and the true instantaneous graphics swap out. Paid a lot of homage to the original game.
