8 juin 1987 · Misery, in case you crawled out from under a rock or were just born, is one of Mr. King's most famous novels. Though I am a devotee of the King (and a total literary snob, by the way), I have always avoided his “horror” novels. I had assumed a “been there, done that,” attitude with Misery, having watched the movie.
