The only real challenge in this Dom quest is getting to the top of the Maze Bank tower to start the mission. You can get to the top of Maze Bank Tower by taking a helicopter or any other type of aircraft.

The easiest way is getting a Buzzard Attack Chopper using cheat (For PC version, press tilde and type BUZZOFF), after that just fly it towards the top of the Maze Tower.
