The story of Cedar Shade Campground has been woven with love and dedication. Over 50 years ago, our founders, Jeannine and Jacques Péladeau, acquired this land, then bordered only by a lake. Over time, they shaped a campground that was described in 1972 as a “Heaven on earth” by the newspaper Le Droit.
