An original antique art deco porcelain “fireclay” bathtub manufactured by Jacob Delafon circa 1930. Sitting on porcelain bun feet this is a generously proportioned, super comfortable and imposing bathtub that will look fab in any bathroom.
The Delafon bath is a reproduction French cast iron bath with luxurious wooden roll, a copy of one originally manufactured by Jacob Delafon (circa 1900). The bath is cast from recycled brake discs in England and is available with a painted exterior (as shown with blue lines similar to the original), polished or patinated.

The first examples of these were developed by Jacob Delafon of Paris. The original baths sell for thousands of pounds and are as popular now as when they were first developed between 1850 -1900.
