Red Sonja is a fictional sword and sorcery comic-book superheroine [3] created by writer Roy Thomas and artist Barry Windsor-Smith for Marvel Comics in 1973, partially inspired by Robert E. Howard 's character Red Sonya of Rogatino .
Red Sonja (à prononcer Red Sonia, « Sonja la rousse » en français), dite « la guerrière d’Hyrkania » ou encore « la diablesse à l’épée » (She-Devil with a Sword), est un personnage de fiction d’heroic fantasy évoluant dans les bandes dessinées de la maison d'édition Marvel Comics.
First appearing in Marvel Comics in 1973, Red Sonja has become the archetypal example of the strikingly beautiful warrior woman clad in revealing bikini-like armor.
