Théodore Sindikubwabo, né à Butare en 1928 et mort probablement en mars 1998, est un homme d'État rwandais, ancien député, plusieurs fois ministre, et président de la République du Gouvernement intérimaire rwandais, entre le 9 avril et le 19 juillet 1994, pendant le génocide des Tutsi au Rwanda.
Théodore Sindikubwabo (1928 – March 1998) was the interim President of Rwanda during the genocide against Tutsis, from 9 April to 19 July 1994. Prior to that, he was President of the Rwandan legislature National Development Council from 1988–1994.
