Sachio Semmoto (千本 倖生, Senmoto Sachio, born 1942-09-09 in Nara Prefecture) is the current Chairman and CEO of eAccess and eMobile, a Japanese telecommunication company. On March 24, 2009, he was also appointed as a director to the Telecom Corporation of New Zealand Limited.

Sachio Semmoto is a Japanese telecommunication industry leader who cofounded KDDI, eAccess and EMOBILE. He also founded the Frances & Sachio Semmoto Foundation to support Asian students' education in Japan.
Dr. Semmoto has a long and storied history of entrepreneurship in Japan. He began his career at Nippon Telegraph & Telephone (NTT), where he led the development of Japan’s first optical fiber system. He went on to co-found DDI Corporation, the first privately-held telephone company in Japan.
