Kenneth Howard Norton Jr. (born September 29, 1966) is an American football coach and former player who is the linebackers coach for the Washington Commanders of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football for the UCLA Bruins and was selected by the Dallas Cowboys in the second round of the 1988 NFL draft.

Ken Norton Jr. joined the UCLA staff as inside linebackers coach in March of 2022. In 2023, he will coach all linebackers. Norton returned to Westwood, where he was a 1987 first-team All-America selection and Butkus Award finalist at linebacker.

Norton Jr. joins the Commanders after recently serving as the linebackers coach for UCLA for the 2022-23 seasons. Norton Jr. brings 12 years of NFL coaching experience to Washinton including nine seasons with the Seattle Seahawks (2010-14, 2018-21), and three with the Las Vegas Raiders (2015-17).
