Takuma Satō (佐藤 琢磨, Satō Takuma?, né le 28 janvier 1977 à Tōkyō) est un pilote automobile japonais, qui a disputé le championnat du monde de Formule 1 entre 2002 et 2008.

He competes part-time in the IndyCar Series, driving the No. 75 Honda for Rahal Letterman Lanigan Racing. Sato is a two-time winner of the Indianapolis 500, having won the event in 2017 and 2020.
Takuma Sato est né le 28 Janvier 1977 à Tokyo. Champion du Japon en Karting en 1997, il tente sa chance en Europe à partir de 1998 dans le championnat anglais de F3 Opel qu'il remporte un an plus tard. Passé en F3, il remporte le championnat anglais en 2001 ainsi que la célèbre épreuve de Macao.

A two-time Indianapolis 500 winner, Takuma Sato joins Rahal Letterman Lanigan Racing in 2024 for the 108th Indianapolis 500 presented by Gainbridge. Sato was the first Japanese driver to win an INDYCAR SERIES race and the first to win the Indianapolis 500.
