James Arthur Lovell Jr. dit Jim Lovell (né le 25 mars 1928 à Cleveland) est un astronaute, aviateur naval, pilote d'essai et ingénieur américain. En 1968, en tant que pilote du module de commande d'Apollo 8, il devient, avec Frank Borman et William Anders, l'un des trois premiers astronautes à voler et à orbiter autour de la Lune.
James Arthur Lovell Jr. ( / ˈlʌvəl / LUV-əl; born March 25, 1928) is an American retired astronaut, naval aviator, test pilot and mechanical engineer. In 1968, as command module pilot of Apollo 8, he became, with Frank Borman and William Anders, one of the first three astronauts to fly to and orbit the Moon.
