The wild stallion Dynamite is back and lures away a bunch of new mares. So Bill Burnett (Harry Carey, Jr.), Spin, and Marty set out to bring them back. Dynamite is captured and the boys compete for his affections when they are not competing for Annette and Darlene.

The first series of 25 eleven-minute episodes, The Adventures of Spin and Marty, was filmed in 1955. Its popularity led to two sequels — The Further Adventures of Spin and Marty in 1956 and The New Adventures of Spin and Marty in 1957.

Boiling mad, Spin jumps on Dynamite and takes off, just as Moochie comes to summon him to the theater. The company is upset when Moochie tells them Spin has walked out, but Annette thinks she may be able to bring him back.
