John Langeloth Loeb Jr. CBE (born May 2, 1930) is an American businessman, former United States Ambassador to Denmark, and former Delegate to the United Nations. He is an advocate for religious freedom and separation of church and state, having founded the George Washington Institute for Religious Freedom in 2009.

Ambassador John L. Loeb, Jr. earned his BA cum laude in 1952 from Harvard College and, in 1954, received his MBA from the Harvard Business School. He was a senior partner in Loeb, Rhoades & Co. from 1956 to 1976 and chairman of the Board of Holly Sugar from 1969 to 1971.
