Pigpen (1992-1996) was the beginning of a long term musical partnership between Wayne Horvitz and alto saxophonist Briggan Krauss. Performing primarily in rock clubs in the Northwest, Pigpen also did two European tours as well as performances in Canada and New York.
Biography. Horvitz, a "defiant cross-breeder of genres", [3] has led the groups The President, Pigpen, Zony Mash, and the Four Plus One Ensemble.
