Chris Farlowe (born John Henry Deighton, 13 October 1940) is an English rock, blues and soul singer. He is best known for his hit single " Out of Time " written by Mick Jagger and Keith Richards , which rose to No. 1 in the UK Singles Chart in 1966, [2] and his association with bands Atomic Rooster , the Thunderbirds and Colosseum .

Chris Farlowe, de son vrai nom John Henry Deighton, né le 13 octobre 1940 à Islington, au Nord de Londres, est un chanteur rock, blues et soul britannique. Il est populaire dans les années 1960 et '70 et connait son plus grand succès avec la chanson Out of Time des Rolling Stones en 1966.

Andrew was a huge fan of Chris’s voice and was keen to sign him to the new Immediate label. Things finally started to happen with the release, in 1966, of Immediate’s show case EP on which Chris covered ‘In the Midnight Hour’, Mr Pitiful, Satisfaction and ‘Who Can I Turn To?’.
