Fāṭima bint al-Ḥasan ibn ʿAlī (Arabic: فاطمة بنت الحسن بن علي), fl. 7th century, was a daughter of Hasan ibn Ali and Umm Ishaq bint Talha. She was married to Ali ibn Husayn Zayn al-Abidin (the fourth Shi'ite Imam), and became the mother of Muhammad al-Baqir (the fifth Twelver Imam).

She was present in Karbala, and, according to a hadith from Imam al-Baqir (a), Imam al-Husayn (a) gave her the trusts of Imamate and his written will for safekeeping. She later delivered them to Imam al-Sajjad (a) .

15 oct. 2010 · Two months later she was pregnant with al-Hasan. They had four children, Hasan, Husayn, Muhsin (who died very shortly after birth) and Umm-Kulthoom. Each time a child would be born the Prophet ﷺ would ask Ali, “O Ali what did you name the child?”
