I have a love/hate relationship with making pizza dough--just don't have a great recipe or maybe the planets aren't lined up when I try to make one--I do use my bread maker for the dough---but it never makes a good crust---all ingredients are fresh too --just don't hve the knack, I guess.

Il y a 19 heures · French bread is a great idea! I live in NJ and many supermarkets sell a blob of pizza dough in a plastic bag. You spread it in your own pan. Haven't bought it in a while but it is inexpensive--$2-3 range. When I was a kid growing up in Queens, many pizzarias sold the pizza dough. Don't know if that is still done.
