  4. Bryan Strimpel graduated from Wayne State University in 2011 with a B.F.A. in dance. He danced with Nicholas Leichter Dance from 2009 to 2012 as well as the Brian Brooks Moving Company from 2011-2014.

  5. The Arts Achievement Awards originated in 1975 and has been a long standing Presidential level ceremony to celebrate the outstanding career achievements of Wayne State University alumni and former students from the programs that comprise the College of Fine Performing and Communication Arts.

  6. In 2002, Bob commemorated Ask Your Neighbor's 40th anniversary year with a generous $1.5M gift to Wayne State University's College of Fine, Performing and Communication Arts. At the time, Bob stated it was "the best way to give back to a business that has given so much to me."

  7. The Department of Art and Art History programs two galleries on campus for the benefit of our university and surrounding communities. Each gallery has their own distinct mission and purpose.
