Yale College’s strategic plan, completed in December 2023, is meant to guide the college over the next five years, serve as a roadmap for further action, and invite continued faculty and staff involvement. Yale students have until the end of sophomore year to declare a major. Yale graduates in all majors are prepared to serve in positions of leadership in every imaginable field. One may travel to Yale via car, train, bus, or plane. Once arrived, one has buses, taxis, and car services at one’s disposal. Parking in Yale lots requires previous arrangement with a hosting department. Visitors may pay to park in Yale lots or may use the many public parking garages near campus.
